Dr. Chamberlain is a Navy veteran and comprehensive family dentist proudly serving the dental needs of Orange Park and surrounding areas.  In addition to routine preventive and restorative dental services, Dr. Chamberlain is a board-certified Prosthodontist who specializes in complex restorative procedures and full mouth reconstruction including dental implants, crowns, bridges and removable prosthetics, as well as cosmetic procedures such as bleaching, veneers, clear orthodontic aligners and more.  His practice philosophy is to treat every patient like family with superior quality of service to help build strong teeth, healthy gums and beautiful smiles. 

Prior to dental school, Dr. Chamberlain worked as a Certified Dental Technician (CDT) for 15 years manufacturing dental prosthetics so has a keen understanding of the critical dentist/lab relationship.  After earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Kentucky, he completed postgraduate training in Prosthodontics at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School (NPDS) with a Master’s in Science (MS) from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) in Bethesda, MD.  He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Prosthodontists and a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Northeast Florida Dental Association, and Clay County Dental Society.

Dr. Chamberlain resides in Middleburg, FL and when not in the office enjoys spending time with family, playing guitar, fishing, hunting, woodworking, metalworking and other detail-oriented projects.  

Dr. Gerald A. Cioffi is a comprehensive dentist and oral medicine specialist at Gerald A. Cioffi DMD, PA in Orange Park, Florida.

Dr. Cioffi is a three-time graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Metallurgical and Material Science, an M.S. in Education and a Doctorate in Medical Dentistry. In addition, he holds an M.S. in Clinical Chemistry from Old Dominion University. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral Medicine subsequent to Oral Medicine, Oral Diagnosis, and Oromaxillofacial Radiology Residency at the Naval Graduate Dental School in Bethesda, Maryland. He is a member of numerous professional organizations and societies as well as a Fellow of the American College of Dentists. He also serves as a Course Director for Pharmacology and Oral Medicine at Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ). He has lectured extensively on subjects related to Pharmacology, Oral Diagnosis, Oral Pathology, and Oral Medicine for the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and numerous components, affiliates and study clubs. Dr. Cioffi has published articles in both national and international journals and has been a contributor to textbooks.
