Dr. Chamberlain is a Navy veteran and comprehensive family dentist proudly serving the dental needs of Orange Park and surrounding areas.  In addition to routine preventive and restorative dental services, Dr. Chamberlain is a board-certified Prosthodontist who specializes in complex restorative procedures and full mouth reconstruction including dental implants, crowns, bridges and removable prosthetics, as well as cosmetic procedures such as bleaching, veneers, clear orthodontic aligners and more.  His practice philosophy is to treat every patient like family with superior quality of service to help build strong teeth, healthy gums and beautiful smiles.

Dr. Gerald A. Cioffi is a comprehensive dentist and oral medicine specialist at Gerald A. Cioffi DMD, PA in Orange Park, Florida. Dr. Cioffi is a three-time graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Metallurgical and Material Science, an M.S. in Education and a Doctorate in Medical Dentistry. In addition, he holds an M.S. in Clinical Chemistry from Old Dominion University.
